Abstract

Ushbu maqolada iqtisodiy savodxonlik, xulq-atvor iqtisodiyoti, tahliliy tafakkur va HR qaror qabul qilishjarayonlari o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik AHP va SEM modellari integratsiyasi asosida tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot Janubi-SharqiyOsiyo, Janubiy Osiyo va Markaziy Osiyodagi turli institutsional kontekstlar kesimida iqtisodiy ta’limning HR amaliyotlarigaqo‘shadigan hissasini empirik baholaydi. Natijalar iqtisodiy savodxonlikning qaror sifati dispersiyasini sezilarli darajadaizohlashini, dalilga asoslangan madaniyat va institutsional moslashuvchanlikning esa regional farqlarga bog‘liq holdao‘zgarishini ko‘rsatdi. Maqolada iqtisodiyot va HR integratsiyasining barqaror menejerlik salohiyatini shakllantirishdagio‘rni yoritilib, yangi rivojlanayotgan bozorlar uchun moslashuvchan modellardan foydalanish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar beriladi
