Abstract

Ushbu maqolada kolbasa va go‘sht sanoatida “zero waste” (chiqindisiz ishlab chiqarish) modeliningresurslardan samarali foydalanishdagi o‘rni, iqtisodiy va ekologik samaradorlikka ta’siri hamda xorijiy tajribalar asosidaO‘zbekiston uchun amaliy yo‘nalishlar tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, chiqindisiz ishlab chiqarishtexnologiyalarini joriy etish go‘sht mahsulotlari ishlab chiqarish tannarxini kamaytirish, energiya tejamkorligini oshirish vaekologik yukni kamaytirishga yordam beradi
