Xizmatlar Sohasi Va Kambag‘Allik O‘Rtasidagi O‘Zaro Bog‘Liqlik

Abstract

Ushbu maqola xizmatlar sohasi va kambag‘allik o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlikni tizimli ravishda tahlil qiladi.Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, xizmatlar sektori kengayganda kambag‘allik darajasining pasayishi avtomatik tarzdasodir bo‘lmaydi; bu jarayon sektor tarkibi, ishchi kuchining malakasi, xizmat sifati, hududiy qamrov hamda ijtimoiy-siyosiysharoitlar kabi bir qator omillarga bog‘liq. Empirik tadqiqotlar asosida ta’lim, sog‘liqni saqlash va transport tarmoqlarikambag‘allikni kamaytirishda eng samarali yo‘nalishlar ekani aniqlangan. Shu bilan birga, past malakali ishchi kuchi,xizmatlar sifati va hududiy nomutanosiblik xizmatlar sohasi kengayishining samaradorligini cheklashi mumkinligi qaydetilgan. Maqolada xizmatlar sektori kengayishi orqali kambag‘allikni kamaytirishning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy mexanizmlari hamyoritilgan. Xususan, ish bilan bandlikni oshirish, sifatli xizmatlarni taqdim etish hamda hududlar bo‘yicha teng qamrovnita’minlash orqali kambag‘allik darajasini sezilarli darajada kamaytirish mumkinligi asoslab berilgan
