Raqamlashtirish Jarayonida Banklarning Xavfsizligi Va Moliyaviy Barqarorligini Ta’Minlashning Ilmiy-Amaliy Asoslari

Abstract

Raqamli texnologiyalarning keng joriy etilishi bank tizimini yanada samarali, tezkor va mijozlar ehtiyojiga mosholga keltirish imkonini beradi. Shu bilan birga, raqamlashtirish jarayonlari banklarning operatsion xavfsizligi, ma’lumotlarhimoyasi, tizimlarning uzluksizligi hamda moliyaviy barqarorlikka ta’siri jihatidan yangi chaqiriqlarni yuzaga keltiradi.Ushbu maqolada raqamlashtirish kontekstida banklarning xavfsizligini va moliyaviy barqarorligini ta’minlashga qaratilganilmiy-amaliy asoslar tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, raqamli jarayonlar banklar faoliyatida qanday yangi xatarlar va zaifliklarnikeltirib chiqarishi mumkinligi, bank xavfsizligini mustahkamlash uchun ichki boshqaruv, ma’lumotlar himoyasi hamdaoperatsion risklarni minimallashtirish tizimlari qanday bo‘lishi lozimligi, shuningdek, moliyaviy barqarorlikni ta’minlashuchun raqamlashtirish jarayonida banklar qaysi ko‘rsatkichlar orqali baholanishi mumkinligi o‘rganiladi. 2024–2025-yillarma’lumotlari asosida mamlakatlar amaliyoti bilan solishtirma tahlil o‘tkazilib, xulosa va takliflar ishlab chiqiladi. Maqolabank tizimi, moliyaviy institutlar, boshqaruv organlari va regulyatorlar uchun dolzarb tavsiyalarni taqdim etadi
