Abstract

Ushbu maqolada kasbiy ta’lim tizimida dual ta’lim shaklini joriy etish hamda uni rag‘batlantirish orqali o‘rtabo‘g‘in kadrlar tayyorlash jarayonining jozibadorligini oshirish masalalari yoritilgan. Dual ta’limning asosiy afzalliklari, ishberuvchilar va ta’lim muassasalari o‘rtasidagi hamkorlikning ahamiyati, shuningdek, yoshlarni amaliy ko‘nikmalar bilanta’minlashda rag‘batlantirish tizimining o‘rni tahlil qilingan
