Abstract

Ushbu maqolada farmatsevtika korxonalarida moliyaviy hisobot shakllarini takomillashtirish va investorlaruchun axborot ochiqligini ta’minlash masalalari yoritilgan. Xususan, moliyaviy hisobotning xalqaro standartlari (MHXS)asosida hisobot shakllarini yangilash, axborotning ishonchliligi va taqqoslanuvchanligini oshirish, raqamli texnologiyalarnijoriy qilish orqali investorlar uchun moliyaviy ma’lumotlarni oson va shaffof tarzda taqdim etish yo‘llari ko‘rib chiqilgan.Xalqaro tajribalar, amaliy misollar va mavjud muammolar tahlili asosida, farmatsevtika sohasida faoliyat yuritayotgankorxonalar uchun amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqot yakunida moliyaviy ochiqlik investitsion jozibadorlikkaqanday ta’sir ko‘rsatishi ilmiy asosda asoslab berilgan
