Yashil Iqtisodiyotni Shakllantirishda Yashil Moliyalashtirishning Nazariy Jihatlari

Abstract

“Yashil” moliyalashtirish orqali mamlakatda “yashil” iqtisodiyotni barqaror rivojlantirishga qaratilganyo‘nalishlar global tendensiyaning ajralmas qismiga aylanmoqda. Xalqaro moliya tizimi global moliya bozorida “yashil”sektorning faol o‘sishi va mas’uliyatli investitsiyalar yo‘nalishida rivojlanmoqda. Investitsion paradigma o‘zgarib bormoqda:endilikda nafaqat ma’lum iqtisodiy natijaga erishish, balki ijobiy ijtimoiy va atrof-muhitga ta’sir ko‘rsatish salohiyatigaega transformativ investitsiyalarga tobora ko‘proq e’tibor qaratilmoqda. Ushbu maqolaning maqsadi — “yashil” moliyanirivojlantirishning umumiy istiqbollari va yo‘nalishlari, shuningdek, uning nazariy jihatlarini to‘laqonli aniqlashdan iborat.Mazkur maqsadga tizimli tahlil, induksiya, grafik metodlar hamda mavjud ilmiy adabiyotlarni o‘rganish orqali erishildi.Tadqiqot davomida “yashil” moliya tushunchasining nazariy asoslari o‘rganildi, “yashil” moliya vositalari va institutlariningmazmuni, ularning kuchli hamda zaif tomonlari aniqlab chiqildi. Yashil moliyaviy vositalar nafaqat iqtisodiy foyda olish,balki atrof-muhitni muhofaza qilish, ekologik va iqlim muammolarini hal etish uchun ham mo‘ljallangan.
