Elektron To‘Lovlar Va Pos Tizimlari — Kichik Biznesda Samarasi Va Xavflari

Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqolada kichik biznes subyektlarida elektron to‘lov tizimlari va POS (Point of Sale)texnologiyalarining joriy etilishi, ularning iqtisodiy samaradorlikka, moliyaviy boshqaruvga va raqamli iqtisodiyot rivojigata’siri ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda elektron to‘lov infratuzilmasining afzalliklari – tezkorlik, shaffoflik, tranzaksiyaaniqligi va soliq tushumlariga ijobiy ta’siri bilan bir qatorda, mavjud xavf omillari – kiberxavfsizlik tahdidlari, texniknosozliklar, tranzaksiya komissiyalari hamda shaxsiy ma’lumotlarning himoyasiga oid muammolar chuqur o‘rganilgan.Maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasining so‘nggi yillardagi raqamli islohotlari, Markaziy bank ma’lumotlari hamda xalqarotajriba asosida kichik biznes uchun elektron to‘lov tizimlaridan samarali va xavfsiz foydalanish mexanizmlari ishlabchiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari kichik biznesda raqamli moliyaviy texnologiyalarni oqilona joriy etish orqali iqtisodiy o‘sishnitezlashtirish, soliq tushumlarini oshirish hamda moliyaviy shaffoflikni kuchaytirish mumkinligini asoslaydi.
