Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada zamonaviy korxonalarda inson resurslarini boshqarish (Human ResourceManagement — HRM) tizimini takomillashtirishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari har tomonlama o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqotdainson kapitalining korxona raqobatbardoshligi va iqtisodiy samaradorligini oshirishdagi o‘rni, HR tizimining strategikboshqaruvdagi ahamiyati hamda raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida kadrlar siyosatini modernizatsiya qilish zarurati tahliletilgan. Maqolada xodimlar faoliyatini baholash, rag‘batlantirish mexanizmlarini optimallashtirish, malaka oshirish tiziminirivojlantirish va korporativ madaniyatni mustahkamlash orqali mehnat unumdorligini oshirish yo‘llari ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan.Shuningdek, raqamli texnologiyalar asosida HR jarayonlarini avtomatlashtirish — xususan, sun’iy intellekt, ma’lumotlartahlili va bulutli platformalar yordamida kadrlar tanlash, motivatsiya, ish samaradorligini monitoring qilish va strategikqarorlar qabul qilish imkoniyatlari ilmiy asosda yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari inson resurslarini boshqarishning innovatsionmodelini ishlab chiqish, kadrlar siyosatini iqtisodiy natijalar bilan uzviy bog‘lash hamda raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida HRtizimini kompleks optimallashtirish uchun amaliy tavsiyalarni o‘z ichiga oladi.
