Abstract

Mazkur maqolada oliy ta’lim va mehnat bozori o‘rtasidagi integratsiya jarayonlari, xorij tajribalari hamdaO‘zbekistonda integratsiyani kuchaytirish imkoniyatlari o‘rganilgan. AQSH, Fransiya, Janubiy Koreya, Yevropa Ittifoqimamlakatlari tajribasi tahlil qilinib, O‘zbekiston sharoitida qo‘llash mumkin bo‘lgan tamoyillar asoslab berilgan. 2020–2024yillar kesimidagi mehnat bozori statistik ma’lumotlari asosida yoshlar ishsizligi dinamikasi, bandlik darajasi va malakanomutanosibligi bo‘yicha tahlillar amalga oshirildi. Tadqiqot natijalari OTM–ish beruvchi hamkorligini kuchaytirish, dualta’lim tizimini kengaytirish, kompetensiya modeli va soft skills rivojiga asoslangan ta’limni joriy qilish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi
