Abstract

Maqolada jamiyatning iqtisodiy hayotida davlat ro‘lining o‘zgarishi, nstitutsional muhitni shakllantirish vamahalliy-xususiy hamkorlikni ajralmas jihatlari hisoblanishining muhim jihatlari bayon etilgan. Shu sababdan davlat vabiznesning iqtisodiy hamkorlik tizimidagi ajralmas qism bu davlat tomonidan tartibga solish usullariga alohida ahamiyatberilgan. Mazkur maqolada davlat sheriklikning institutsional muhitini shakllanishi va uning jarayonini tashkil etish vaboshqarish masalalari bilan shug'ullanishi hamda hamkorlik loyihalari doirasida biznes va jamiyat o‘rtasidagi munosabatlarqurilayotgan strategiya va tamoyillarni ishlab chiqishi ilmiy jihatdan asoslangan.
