Abstract

Mazkur maqolada Namangan viloyati misolida hududiy xizmat ko‘rsatish korxonalarida menejmentsamaradorligini oshirishda raqamli transformatsiya jarayonining iqtisodiy mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. So‘nggi yillardaxizmatlar sektori mintaqaviy yalpi ichki mahsulotda yetakchi o‘ringa chiqib, raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish korxonalarningboshqaruv tizimini tubdan o‘zgartirmoqda. Tadqiqotda menejment samaradorligini oshirishning asosiy omillari sifatidaraqamli platformalar, ma’lumotlar tahlili (data analytics), sun’iy intellekt asosidagi qaror qabul qilish tizimlari va mijozlarbilan o‘zaro aloqalarning avtomatlashtirilgan shakllari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Namangan viloyati tumanlarida faoliyat yuritayotganxizmat ko‘rsatish korxonalari misolida raqamli transformatsiya natijasida ishlab chiqarish xarajatlarining kamayishi, xizmatsifati va tezkorligi oshishi, resurslardan foydalanish samaradorligining kuchayishi empirik ma’lumotlar asosida isbotlanadi.Tadqiqot yakunida raqamli menejment modelining konseptual asoslari ishlab chiqilib, mintaqaviy xizmatlar sohasidaraqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida innovatsion rivojlanishning yangi yo‘nalishlari belgilab beriladi.
