Abstract

Maqolada strategik boshqaruv hisobi tushunchasi, uning zamonaviy tadbirkorlik va iqtisodiyot tizimidagi o‘rnihamda uni takomillashtirishning asosiy yo‘nalishlari ilmiy jihatdan yoritib beriladi. Strategik boshqaruv hisobi ma’lumotlargaasoslangan qaror qabul qilish jarayonini optimallashtirishga xizmat qiluvchi usullar va instrumentlar majmui sifatida talqinetiladi. Tadqiqotda strategik boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirish maqsadida rejalashtirish, monitoring va baholash tizimlarinitakomillashtirishning ahamiyati asoslab beriladi. Shuningdek, raqamli texnologiyalar hamda innovatsion yondashuvlarnijoriy etish orqali strategik boshqaruv hisobini zamonaviy iqtisodiy sharoitlarga moslashtirish yo‘llari atroflicha tahlil qilinadi.
