Abstract

Davlat budjetini shakllantirish va uning ijrosi ustidan moliyaviy nazoratni amalga oshirish moliyaviy nazorattizimida muhim o‘rin egallaydi. Chunki budjet mablag‘larining maqsadli, manzilli va samarali sarflanishini ta’minlashushbu sohadagi dolzarb vazifalardan biridir. Budjetni to‘g‘ri shakllantirish hamda uning ijrosini samarali tashkil etish davlatmoliyaviy barqarorligining asosiy shartlaridan hisoblanadi. Shu bois davlat budjeti shakllantirilishi va ijrosi ustidan moliyaviynazorat tizimi iqtisodiy jarayonlarning barqaror va samarali kechishini ta’minlovchi muhim institut sifatida namoyon bo‘ladi.Mazkur maqolada davlat budjeti shakllantirilishi va ijrosi ustidan moliyaviy nazoratni amalga oshirishning metodologikjihatlari yoritilgan.
