Abstract

Ushbu maqolada xo‘jalik yurituvchi subyektlar faoliyatida risklarni boshqarishning muhim yo‘nalishlaridanbiri — sug‘urtalash mexanizmlarining iqtisodiy samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Riskni sug‘urtalash korxonaning moliyaviybarqarorligini ta’minlash, ishlab chiqarish jarayonidagi yo‘qotishlarni kamaytirish hamda investitsion jozibadorliknioshirishda asosiy omil sifatida baholanadi. Maqolada sug‘urta bozori rivojlanishining hozirgi holati, korxonalarda riskturlari va ularni sug‘urtalash mexanizmlari o‘rganilib, korxona faoliyatini optimallashtirishda riskni sug‘urtalashning o‘rniva ahamiyati amaliy misollar asosida yoritilgan. Shuningdek, risklarni sug‘urtalash tizimini raqamlashtirish va innovatsionyondashuvlar orqali takomillashtirish bo‘yicha taklif va tavsiyalar ilgari suriladi
