Yo‘Lovchi Tranѕpοrt Xizmatlari Tizimini Takomillashtirish Mexanizmlari

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada xizmatlar sohasining muhim tarmog‘i hisoblangan yo‘lovchi transport xizmatlariningjahon miqyosidagi sanoat rivojlanishidagi o‘rni va ahamiyati keng yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda transport xizmatlari tiziminingiqtisodiyotdagi “drayver” sifatidagi roli, uning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy barqarorlikni ta’minlashdagi hissasi hamda davlat siyosatibilan uzviy bog‘liqligi ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Ayniqsa, yo‘lovchi transport xizmatlarining raqobatbardoshligini oshirish,xizmat sifati va samaradorligini yaxshilash, xavfsizlik hamda ekologik barqarorlikni ta’minlash bo‘yicha davlat tomonidanamalga oshirilayotgan islohotlar, modernizatsiya choralari va infratuzilmani rivojlantirish mexanizmlari batafsil o‘rganilgan.Shu bilan birga, maqolada xalqaro tajriba asosida yo‘lovchi transport tizimini takomillashtirishning ilmiy asoslari va amaliyyechimlari ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqotda statistik ma’lumotlar, qiyosiy tahlil, induksiya va deduksiya usullari orqali transportxizmatlarining milliy iqtisodiyotdagi o‘sish sur’atlariga ta’siri baholangan. Olingan natijalar yo‘lovchi transport tiziminibarqaror rivojlantirish, uning infratuzilmasini modernizatsiya qilish va xizmat ko‘rsatish sifatini oshirish bo‘yicha samaralitakliflar ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi.
