Xizmatlar Eksportini Rivojlantirish Va Raqobatbardoshligini Oshirish Yo‘Llari

Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada xizmatlar eksportini rivojlantirishning nazariy, metodologik va amaliy jihatlari chuqurtahlil qilingan. So‘nggi yillarda O‘zbekiston Respublikasida xizmatlar sohasi milliy iqtisodiyotning eng tez rivojlanayotgantarmoqlaridan biriga aylandi. Shu bois xizmatlar eksportini kengaytirish, uning tarkibiy tuzilmasini takomillashtirish vaxalqaro bozorlarda raqobatbardoshligini oshirish dolzarb masalaga aylangan. Tadqiqotda xizmatlar eksportining hozirgiholati, tarmoqlar kesimidagi o‘sish sur’atlari hamda bu jarayonga ta’sir etuvchi iqtisodiy, institutsional va texnologik omillaro‘rganilgan. Maqolada raqamli iqtisodiyot va innovatsion texnologiyalarni joriy etish xizmatlar eksporti samaradorliginioshirishdagi muhim omil sifatida baholangan. Shuningdek, xalqaro tajribalar tahlili asosida O‘zbekiston sharoitidaqo‘llanishi mumkin bo‘lgan eksportni qo‘llab-quvvatlash mexanizmlari, jumladan, elektron tijorat, logistika infratuzilmasinimodernizatsiya qilish, intellektual xizmatlar eksportini kengaytirish kabi yo‘nalishlar asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqotnatijalariga ko‘ra, xizmatlar eksporti hajmini oshirish uchun davlat siyosati, xususiy sektor tashabbuslari va innovatsionraqobatbardoshlik modelining uyg‘unlashuvi zarur ekani aniqlangan
