Abstract

Mazkur maqolada xizmat ko‘rsatish korxonalari raqobatbardoshligini baholashning o‘ziga xos xususiyatlarihamda ularni aniqlashda qo‘llaniladigan nazariy va amaliy yondashuvlar tahlil qilingan. Bozor iqtisodiyoti sharoitidaxizmatlar sifati, innovatsion faoliyat, narx siyosati, mijozlar ehtiyojiga moslashuv darajasi va boshqaruv samaradorligikorxona raqobatbardoshligini belgilovchi asosiy omillar sifatida qaraladi. Tadqiqotda raqobatbardoshlikni baholashmezonlarini shakllantirishda kompleks yondashuvning ahamiyati yoritilgan bo‘lib, xizmat ko‘rsatish korxonalari faoliyatiningtahlili ularning bozor sharoitiga moslashish, xizmatlar sifatini oshirish va innovatsion yechimlarni joriy etish orqali barqarorraqobat ustunligini ta’minlashi mumkinligini ko‘rsatadi.
