Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekistonda yashirin iqtisodiyotning ishsizlik darajasiga ta’siri ARDL (AutoRegressiveDistributed Lag) modeli yordamida empirik jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda 2010–2023-yillar davriga oid ma’lumotlardanfoydalanilib, yashirin iqtisodiyot, iqtisodiy o‘sish, inflyatsiya, soliq yuki, iqtisodiy ochiqlik, asosiy kapitalga investitsiyalarva davlatning iqtisodiyotdagi ulushi kabilarning ishsizlikka ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, yashiriniqtisodiyotning YaIMdagi ulushi 1 foiz punktga oshganda, ishsizlar soni o‘rtacha 30,5 ming kishiga ortadi, ya’ni yashiriniqtisodiyot ishsizlikni sezilarli darajada kuchaytiradi. Aksincha, YaIM o‘sishi, iqtisodiy ochiqlik va asosiy kapitalgainvestitsiyalar ishsizlikni kamaytiruvchi omillar sifatida namoyon bo‘ladi. Inflyatsiya, soliq yuki va davlat ishtirokiningortishi esa ishsizlikni oshiruvchi ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Tadqiqot natijalari O‘zbekiston uchun yashirin iqtisodiyotni qisqartirish, soliq yukini optimallashtirish, rasmiy bandlikni rag‘batlantirish va mehnat bozorini institutsional jihatdan mustahkamlashzarurligini ko‘rsatadi. Shuningdek, ARDL modeli natijalari qisqa muddatda iqtisodiy moslashuv jarayonlari mavjudligini, ammo uzoq muddatda yashirin iqtisodiyotning mehnat bozori barqarorligiga salbiy ta’sir etishini tasdiqlaydi. Ushbu tadqiqotO‘zbekistonda ishsizlikni kamaytirish va rasmiy sektorni kengaytirish bo‘yicha iqtisodiy siyosatga amaliy tavsiyalar beradi
