Pr-Bo‘Limi Faoliyatini Tashkil Etishning Tarkibiy-Funktsional Yondashuvlari

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy biznes amaliyotida PR-bo‘limini tashkil etishning nazariy va amaliy asoslaritahlil qilingan. Tashkilot imidjini shakllantirish va jamoatchilik bilan samarali aloqalarni yo‘lga qo‘yishda PR-bo‘liminingo‘rni alohida ahamiyat kasb etadi. Tadqiqotda PR-bo‘limi faoliyatining asosiy yo‘nalishlari – maqsadli auditoriya bilantizimli kommunikatsiya o‘rnatish, salbiy axborot oqimlarini boshqarish, ishonchni tiklash va korporativ qadriyatlarni targ‘ibqilish jarayonlari chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, bo‘lim faoliyatida strategik yondashuv, loyiha boshqaruvi va raqamlikommunikatsiya vositalaridan foydalanish samaradorligi yoritilgan. Maqolada mavjud muammolar — kadrlar malakasiningyetarli emasligi, resurslar cheklanganligi hamda axborot muhitining tez o‘zgarishi sharoitida PR-faoliyatni samarali tashkiletish masalalari ham o‘rganilgan. Yakunda PR-bo‘limini takomillashtirish, innovatsion kommunikatsion texnologiyalarnijoriy etish va jamoatchilik ishonchini mustahkamlash bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ilgari surilgan
