Abstract

Mazkur maqolada xizmat ko‘rsatish korxonalarida inson resurslarini boshqarish (HR) mexanizmlarinitakomillashtirish orqali iqtisodiy samaradorlikni oshirish masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Jahon tajribasi shuni ko‘rsatadiki,xizmatlar sektorida raqobatbardoshlikning muhim omillaridan biri — bu xodimlarning kasbiy kompetensiyasi, motivatsiyasiva mehnat unumdorligini oshirishga qaratilgan samarali HR siyosatidir. Maqolada xizmat ko‘rsatish korxonalariningfaoliyatida innovatsion HR texnologiyalarini (raqamli boshqaruv tizimlari, kompetensiyalarga asoslangan baholash,rag‘batlantirish strategiyalari) joriy etish natijasida hosil bo‘ladigan iqtisodiy afzalliklar yoritilgan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekistonsharoitida xizmat ko‘rsatish sohasida inson kapitalidan samarali foydalanish imkoniyatlari ham tahlil etilgan
