Abstract

Havo transporti zamonaviy global iqtisodiyotda yuqori tezlik, ishonchlilik va logistika samaradorligi bilanajralib turadigan strategik sohalardan biridir. So‘nggi yillarda xalqaro savdo va elektron tijorat hajmining ortishi havo yuktashish xizmatlariga talabni keskin oshirgan. Ushbu maqolada havo transporti orqali yuk tashish sohasida shakllangantadbirkorlik turlari, ularning iqtisodiy ahamiyati hamda mavjud tizimli muammolar tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot davomida xalqaroamaliyot bilan O‘zbekiston tajribasi solishtirilib, mavjud to‘siqlar — raqobat muhiti zaifligi, texnologik infratuzilmaning eskiligiva normativ-huquqiy cheklovlarning tadbirkorlik faoliyatiga ta’siri aniqlangan. Shuningdek, raqamli boshqaruv tizimlarinijoriy etish, davlat-xususiy sheriklik asosida logistik infratuzilmani rivojlantirish hamda xususiy aviayuk kompaniyalar uchunqulay sharoitlar yaratish zarurligi asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari O‘zbekistonning transport siyosatini modernizatsiyaqilish, xalqaro logistika tizimiga integratsiyalashuvini chuqurlashtirish hamda havo yuk tashish sohasida barqarortadbirkorlik muhitini shakllantirish bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqish imkonini beradi
