Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the strategic essence of corporate talent management and itsrole in ensuring long-term organizational competitiveness. The study highlights the recognition of human capital as thecore corporate value, the development of employees’ professional potential, and the enhancement of innovation throughknowledge sharing. Furthermore, the necessity of aligning the talent management system with corporate strategy,the socio-investment nature of forming a talent pool, and the significance of a healthy psychological climate within anorganization are substantiated. The findings demonstrate that strategic investment in talent facilitates sustainable growth,adaptability, and innovation-driven advantages for the organization
