Abstract

Maqolada mamlakatimizda ipoteka kreditlash jarayonining oʻziga xos xususiyatlari, yutuqlari va kamchiliklarikeltirilgan. Ipoteka kreditlash jarayonida ishtirok etuvchi tomonlarning majburiyatlari hamda huquqlari tahlil qilingan. Shubilan birga, ipoteka kreditlash jarayonining umumqabul qilingan shartlarini izchil tatbiq etish bilan birga milliy oʻziga xosliknisaqlab qolish amaliyoti oʻrganilgan. Natijada, respublikamizda ipoteka kreditlash jarayonini takomillashtirish boʻyichaqoʻllash mumkin boʻlgan tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
