Abstract

Tadqiqot hozirda Iqtisodiy hamkorlik va taraqqiyot tashkiloti (OECD) tomonidan ishlab chiqilayotgan yangifaoliyat strategiyasi — yashil o‘sish masalasini yoritishdan iborat. Yashil o‘sish — bu abadiy maqsad bo‘lgan barqarorrivojlanishga erishish uchun amaliy vosita sifatida qaraladi. Maqolada quyidagi savolga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan: yashilo‘sish, yashil iqtisodiyot va barqaror rivojlanish o‘rtasida qanday o‘zaro bog‘liqlik mavjud? Muallif ushbu uchta “yashil”g‘oyaning bir vaqtning o‘zida mavjud bo‘lishining maqsadini tahlil qiladi. Ushbu maqolaning qo‘shimcha ahamiyatishundaki, unda muallif tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan “YO‘–YI–BR” (yashil o‘sish – yashil iqtisodiyot – barqaror rivojlanish)o‘zaro munosabatlar modeli va yashil o‘sish hodisasini aniqlashga yangicha yondashuv taqdim etilgan. Xulosa qilinishicha,yashil iqtisodiyot – yashil o‘sish – barqaror rivojlanish uchligining birgalikda mavjudligi bu tushunchalar o‘rtasidagi o‘zaroto‘ldiruvchanlik va sinergetik aloqalar tufayli maqsadga muvofiqdir
