Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasining mahalliy davlat organlarida boshqaruv va xizmat ko‘rsatishjarayonlarida uchrayotgan muammolar hamda ularni raqamlashtirish orqali hal etish zarurati va istiqbollari tahlil qilingan.An’anaviy tizimda hujjatlar aylanishining ko‘p bosqichliligi, qog‘oz shaklidagi jarayonlar, byurokratik to‘siqlar va korrupsiyaxavflari davlat xizmatlari samaradorligini pasaytirayotgan omillar sifatida qayd etilgan.Maqolada 2025-yil 16-sentyabrda qabul qilingan PQ-286-sonli Prezident qarori asosida amalga oshirilayotgan “Raqamlihukumat” va “Raqamli mahalla” loyihalarining ahamiyati, maqsadlari hamda kutilayotgan natijalari keng yoritilgan.Shuningdek, Estoniya va Finlyandiya kabi ilg‘or davlatlar tajribasi asosida O‘zbekistonda raqamli transformatsiyajarayonini jadallashtirish bo‘yicha aniq taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
