Abstract

Mazkur maqola tijorat banklarining resurs bazasini mustahkamlashda xorijiy tajriba va usullarni o‘rganishgabag‘ishlangan. Unda rivojlangan davlatlarning bank tizimi faoliyatidagi resurs bazasini shakllantirish va boshqarishbo‘yicha ilg‘or amaliyotlar tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, banklarning kapital yetarliligini oshirish, likvidlikni ta’minlash, xalqaromoliyaviy tashkilotlar bilan hamkorlikni kuchaytirish va diversifikatsiyalangan resurs manbalarini jalb qilish usullari yoritiladi.Shuningdek, maqolada tijorat banklarining moliyaviy barqarorligini ta’minlash uchun zamonaviy moliyaviy vositalardanfoydalanish, risklarni boshqarish strategiyalari va mijozlar bilan o‘zaro munosabatlarni takomillashtirish bo‘yicha xorijtajribasi misol qilib keltiriladi.
