Abstract

Ushbu maqolada mamlakat iqtisodiyotining tarkibiy qismi sifatida oziq-ovqat sanoatining o‘rni va ahamiyati,uning rivojlanish holati hamda sohadagi zamonaviy tendensiyalar chuqur tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda oziq-ovqat sanoatiningyalpi ichki mahsulotdagi ulushi, bandlik darajasiga ta’siri, investitsion faoliyatni kengaytirish va eksport salohiyatini oshirishyo‘nalishlari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, sohaning barqaror rivojlanishiga ta’sir etuvchi omillar — texnologik modernizatsiya,innovatsion faoliyat, resurslardan samarali foydalanish va davlat tomonidan amalga oshirilayotgan qo‘llab-quvvatlashchoralari ilmiy asosda o‘rganilgan. Maqolada oziq-ovqat sanoati tarmog‘ining milliy iqtisodiyotdagi strategik roli va uningraqobatbardoshligini oshirish istiqbollari tahliliy yondashuv asosida yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari mamlakat oziq-ovqatxavfsizligini ta’minlash va iqtisodiy barqarorlikni mustahkamlashda muhim ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyat kasb etadi.
