Abstract

Maqolada raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida oziq-ovqat sanoati korxonalarini strategik boshqarishning dolzarbligiva zarurati yoritilgan. Raqamli texnologiyalar va axborot tizimlarining keng joriy etilishi korxonalar faoliyatini rejalashtirish,nazorat qilish va tahlil qilish jarayonlarini tubdan o‘zgartirmoqda. Shu nuqtai nazardan strategik boshqaruvning zamonaviyyondashuvlarini qo‘llash, raqamli transformatsiyani korxona strategiyasiga integratsiya qilish hamda innovatsionrivojlanish omillarini inobatga olish muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Tadqiqotda raqamli iqtisodiyotning oziq-ovqat sanoatibarqarorligi, samaradorligi va raqobatbardoshligini oshirishdagi roli tahlil qilinib, strategik boshqaruvni takomillashtirishbo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar keltirilgan
