Abstract

Ushbu maqolada ipoteka kreditlarini moliyalashtirishning ilg‘or xorijiy tajribalari o‘rganiladi hamda ularniO‘zbekiston sharoitida qo‘llash imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, AQSh va Rossiya mamlakatlarida qo‘llanilayotganipoteka bozori modellarining afzalliklari, moliyaviy instrumentlar, ikkilamchi ipoteka bozori va davlat ishtirokining samaralishakllari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqolada O‘zbekistonda ipoteka kreditlash tizimini takomillashtirish, aholi uchun qulay moliyaviysharoitlar yaratish, shaffof va barqaror ipoteka moliyalashtirish mexanizmlarini joriy etish bo‘yicha taklif va tavsiyalarberilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari O‘zbekistonda uy-joy bilan ta’minlash siyosatini yanada samarali olib borishga xizmat qiladi
