Детерминанты И Последствия Межрегиональной Мобильности Рабочей Силы В Узбекистане

Abstract

Статья исследует детерминанты и последствия межрегиональной мобильности в Узбекистане в 2018–2024 гг. На базе официальной статистики и международных источников показан устойчивый рост внутреннихперемещений с преобладанием городских направлений. В 2022 г. зарегистрировано 214,8 тыс. переездов, в 2023г. - 218,8 тыс.; в I полугодии 2024 г. - 116,6 тыс., при «феминизации» потоков (60,0% женщин) и доминированииТашкента. Ключевые драйверы - разрывы в заработной плате и качестве рабочих мест и смягчение правилрегистрации. Мобильность повышает производительность через лучшее пространственное сопоставлениетруда и рабочих мест, но усиливает нагрузку на городскую инфраструктуру и «истончает» регионы-доноры.Предложены меры по жилью и транспорту, поддержке занятости в регионах-донорах, цифровизации регистрациии переподготовке.
