Abstract

Mazkur maqolada qattiq chiqindilarni qayta ishlash korxonalarida innovatsion menejmentning o‘rni vaahamiyati keng qamrovda tahlil qilingan. Bugungi kunda chiqindilar muammosi nafaqat ekologik, balki iqtisodiy va ijtimoiyjihatdan ham dolzarb masala hisoblanadi. Shu sababli chiqindilarni qayta ishlash jarayonida innovatsion yondashuvlarniqo‘llash orqali korxonalar samaradorligini oshirish, resurslardan oqilona foydalanish hamda atrof-muhitga salbiy ta’sirnikamaytirish muhim vazifalardan biri sifatida qaraladi. Maqolada innovatsion menejmentning nazariy asoslari yoritilib,qayta ishlash korxonalarida yangi texnologiyalarni joriy etish, ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarini raqamlashtirish, energiyatejamkor usullarni tatbiq etish va korxona faoliyatini ekologik mezonlarga moslashtirish kabi yo‘nalishlarning ustuvorligiko‘rsatib o‘tilgan.
