Abstract

Raqamli transformatsiya jarayonlari jadal rivojlanayotgan bugungi davrda ta’lim klasterlari innovatsionrivojlanish va raqobatbardoshlikni oshirishning muhim omillaridan biri sifatida maydonga chiqmoqda. Ushbu maqoladata’lim klasterlarida boshqaruvning zamonaviy muammolari tahlil qilinadi hamda ularni hal etish bo‘yicha strategikyechimlar taklif etiladi. Tadqiqotda Triple Helix modeli (universitet–biznes–davlat) asosida klaster ishtirokchilarining o‘zarohamkorlik imkoniyatlari o‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, innovatsiyalarni tijoratlashtirish, ilmiy salohiyatni oshirish va klasterlarningiqtisodiy samaradorligini kuchaytirish bo‘yicha ustuvor yo‘nalishlar belgilab beriladi. Natijalar ta’lim va biznes o‘rtasidagiintegratsiyani rivojlantirish hamda barqaror iqtisodiy o‘sishga erishishga xizmat qiladi
