Abstract

Rivojlangan mamlakatlarda aholi daromadlarini oshirish mexanizmlari zamonaviy iqtisodiy siyosatningmuhim tarkibiy qismi bo‘lib, u milliy farovonlik, ijtimoiy barqarorlik va iqtisodiy o‘sishning asosiy kafolati hisoblanadi. Ushbumaqolada iqtisodiy rivojlanishning ilg‘or bosqichida turgan mamlakatlar tajribasi tahlil qilinib, daromad o‘sishining asosiyomillari sifatida inson kapitali, raqamli iqtisodiyot, bandlik siyosati, soliq tizimi va innovatsion rivojlanish mexanizmlario‘rganilgan.Tahlillar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, rivojlangan mamlakatlarda aholi daromadlarining barqaror o‘sishi, birinchidan, yuqori mehnatunumdorligi va texnologik yangilanishlar bilan, ikkinchidan, ta’lim va sog‘liqni saqlash sohalariga katta investitsiyalarkiritish orqali ta’minlanadi. Masalan, Germaniya, AQSh va Yaponiya tajribasida inson kapitalini rivojlantirish iqtisodiyraqobatbardoshlikning asosiy drayveriga aylangan.Shuningdek, raqamli iqtisodiyot va sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalaridan samarali foydalanish natijasida ishlab chiqarishsamaradorligi ortib, yangi bandlik turlari vujudga kelmoqda. Bunday yondashuv aholi daromadlarini diversifikatsiyaqilishga, o‘rta sinfni kengaytirishga va ijtimoiy adolatni ta’minlashga xizmat qilmoqda
