Abstract

Mazkur maqolada qurilish materiallari sanoatida ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarini sifat menejmenti tamoyillariasosida tashkil etish masalalari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Jahonning rivojlangan mamlakatlari - Yaponiya, Germaniya, AQSh, JanubiyKoreya kabi davlatlarning tajribalari tahlil qilinib, ularda qo‘llanilayotgan TQM, ISO 9001, Six Sigma va raqamlashtirishkabi tizimlarning afzalliklari yoritib berilgan. O‘zbekistonda mazkur tajribalarni amaliyotga moslashtirish va joriy etishimkoniyatlari, mavjud muammolar hamda ularni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan. Shuningdek,sifatni ta’minlashda kadrlar salohiyati, innovatsiya va standartlashtirishning ahamiyati ilmiy asosda tahlil qilingan
