Abstract

Davlat-xususiy sheriklik (DXSh) — zamonaviy iqtisodiy tizimda davlatning infratuzilma, xizmatlar va strategikloyihalarni amalga oshirishdagi ishtirokini xususiy sektor imkoniyatlari bilan uyg‘unlashtirishga qaratilgan mexanizmdir.Ushbu maqolada davlat-xususiy sheriklik tushunchasining nazariy asoslari chuqur tahlil qilinib, ularning iqtisodiyrivojlanishdagi roli va ta’siri o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot jarayonida xalqaro tajribalar tahlil qilinib, O‘zbekiston sharoitida DXShloyihalarining samaradorligiga doir aniq misollar keltirildi. Metod sifatida statistik tahlil, taqqoslash va ekspert baholashusullari qo‘llanildi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, davlat-xususiy sheriklik modeli iqtisodiy o‘sishni jadallashtirish,investitsiyalarni jalb qilish va innovatsiyalarni rivojlantirishda muhim omil bo‘la oladi
