Abstract

Mazkur maqolada sog‘liqni saqlash tizimida xizmatlar sifati va ularning iqtisodiy samaradorligi o‘rtasidagio‘zaro bog‘liqlik chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Xizmat sifati ko‘rsatkichlari orqali sog‘liqni saqlash tizimining samarali ishlashi,bemorlarning ehtiyojlarini qondirish darajasi hamda resurslardan oqilona foydalanish imkoniyati baholanadi. Shuningdek,maqolada sog‘liqni saqlash xizmatlarining sifat ko‘rsatkichlari va iqtisodiy natijalari (masalan, xarajatlarning kamayishi,ishlab chiqarish samaradorligi, resurslardan tejamkorlik bilan foydalanish) o‘rtasidagi statistik va amaliy bog‘liqlik asosidatahlillar olib boriladi. Ushbu tadqiqot tibbiy xizmatlarning sifatini yaxshilash orqali iqtisodiy samaradorlikni oshirishgaqaratilgan strategik qarorlarni qabul qilishda ilmiy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi
