Abstract

Ushbu maqolada noaniqlik va xavf sharoitida mahalliy davlat hokimiyati organlarida boshqaruv qarorlariniqabul qilish jarayoni va unga ta’sir etuvchi tashqi va ichki omillar tizimli tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda Namangan viloyatihokimliklari misolida qaror qabul qilishga eng ko‘p ta’sir ko‘rsatuvchi omillar – ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy vaziyat, moliyaviyresurslar, rahbarlik sifati va axborot tizimlari ekani aniqlangan. Maqolada VUCA konsepsiyasi, rahbarlarning psixologikxususiyatlari, axborot va kommunikatsiya tizimlarining ahamiyati alohida tahlil etilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga asoslanib,qarorlar samaradorligini oshirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
