Глобальные Тренды Смарт-Туризма И Их Применимость К Культурному Наследию Узбекистана

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу глобальных трендов смарт-туризма и их применимости к сохранениюи продвижению культурного наследия Узбекистана. В исследовании обоснована значимость цифровыхтехнологий — Big Data, IoT, AR/VR и искусственного интеллекта — для повышения качества туристского опыта,оптимизации управления туристскими потоками и формирования устойчивых дестинаций. На основе анализаинициатив Европейской комиссии (2019–2025 гг.) выделены три этапа цифровой трансформации: от визуально-ориентированных решений к созданию интегрированных экосистем. Особое внимание уделено сравнительномуанализу национальных платформ UzbekistanPass и Uzbekistan.travel, а также оценке развития частных сервисовонлайн-бронирования. В статье представлен SWOT-анализ сильных и слабых сторон смарт-туризма в Узбекистане,определены ключевые возможности и угрозы, а также сформулированы практические рекомендации по созданиюединой цифровой экосистемы туризма. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о том, что успешное развитиесмарт-туризма требует не только внедрения инновационных решений, но и их адаптации к поведенческимпривычкам туристов, институциональной поддержке и системной интеграции в локальный контекст.
