O‘Zbekiston Respublikasida Davlat-Xususiy Sheriklik Sohasida Me’Yoriy-Huquqiy Bazani Ishlab Chiqish

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada, Davlat ijtimoiy ahamiyatga ega loyihalarni - milliy iqtisodiyotning strategik muhimtarmoqlaridan tortib, milliy miqyosda xizmatlar ko‘rsatish yoki kichikroq mintaqaviy birlashmalarga xizmat ko‘rsatish uchuno‘zining moliyalashtirish manbalariga ega bo‘lmaganda, u biznes tuzilmalarini ushbu loyihalarga jalb qiladi va davlathamda xususiy sheriklar o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro hamkorlik muammosi tobora dolzarb bo‘lib bormoqda.Umuman olganda, davlat-xususiy sheriklik mexanizmi davlat mulkidan yanada samarali foydalanish, O‘zbekistonRespublikasi iqtisodiyotiga investitsiyalarni jalb qilish, ishlab chiqarish va ijtimoiy infratuzilmani modernizatsiya qilish,tovarlar, ishlar hamda xizmatlar sifatini oshirish orqali mamlakat iqtisodiyotining raqobatbardoshligini rivojlantirish shartsharoitlarimajmuini yaratadi. Bunda davlat va fuqarolik jamiyati institutlari hamda xo‘jalik yurituvchi subyektlar o‘rtasidagihamkorlikda iqtisodiy faoliyatning texnik-iqtisodiy ko‘rsatkichlari va natijalarining yaxshilanishiga erishilmoqda, davlatresurslari bo‘gan kommunal mulkdan samarali foydalanish bo‘yicha nazariy asoslangan, ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar ishlabchiqilgan.
