Abstract

Maqolada tijorat banklarining uzoq muddatli resurslar bazasini shakllantirish va mustahkamlash masalalariilmiy asosda yoritilgan. Banklarning barqaror faoliyati, kredit-investitsiya imkoniyatlarini kengaytirish hamda iqtisodiyotningreal sektorini moliyalashtirishda uzoq muddatli resurslarning ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Uzoq muddatli depozitlar,obligatsiyalar emissiyasi, xalqaro moliya institutlari kreditlari, davlat kafolatli mablag‘lari va bank kapitali asosiy manbalarsifatida ko‘rsatib o‘tiladi. Resurs bazasini mustahkamlashning makroiqtisodiy va mikroiqtisodiy ta’sirlari, jumladan,iqtisodiy barqarorlikni ta’minlash, yangi ish o‘rinlarini yaratish, inflyatsiyani pasaytirish hamda banklarning likvidliginioshirish kabi jihatlar alohida tahlil qilingan. Global moliya bozorida yuz berayotgan o‘zgarishlar va raqamli iqtisodiyotsharoitida resurslarni diversifikatsiya qilishning zaruriyati asoslab berilgan
