Raqamli Iqtisodiyot Sharoitida Yangi Bandlik Shakllari

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada raqamli iqtisodiyotning shakllanishi va uning mehnat bozoriga ta’siri chuqur tahlil qilinadi.Raqamli texnologiyalarning keng joriy etilishi natijasida an’anaviy bandlik shakllari o‘zgarib, yangi, moslashuvchan vainnovatsion mehnat turlari paydo bo‘lmoqda. Jumladan, masofaviy ish, frilanserlik, platformaviy bandlik, gig-iqtisodiyot,elektron xizmatlar va raqamli tadbirkorlik kabi yo‘nalishlar aholining bandlik imkoniyatlarini kengaytirish bilan birga,mehnat munosabatlarini ham tubdan o‘zgartirmoqda.Tadqiqotda O‘zbekiston misolida raqamli bandlikning rivojlanish omillari, mavjud muammolari va istiqbollari o‘rganiladi.Xususan, davlat tomonidan amalga oshirilayotgan raqamli transformatsiya dasturlari, “Raqamli O‘zbekiston – 2030”strategiyasi, onlayn mehnat birjalari hamda “ish.mehnat.uz” kabi platformalarning roli tahlil etilgan. Shu bilan birga,raqamli bandlikning huquqiy me’yorlari, soliqqa tortish tizimi va ijtimoiy kafolatlar bilan bog‘liq masalalar ham yoritilgan.O‘rganish yakunida shakllantirilgan ilmiy xulosalar raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida yangi bandlik shakllarini rivojlantirish,aholining raqamli ko‘nikmalarini oshirish va mehnat bozorida barqarorlikni ta’minlash bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalarni o‘zichiga oladi.
