Реинжиниринг Бизнес-Процессов И Их Роль В Развитии Банковского Бизнеса

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются теоретические основы и практические аспекты применения реинжинирингабизнес-процессов в банковской системе. Отмечается, что в условиях усиливающейся конкуренции и цифровизациифинансового сектора реинжиниринг становится ключевым инструментом повышения эффективности иконкурентоспособности банков. Проанализированы предпосылки возникновения концепции реинжиниринга иеё эволюция от классических управленческих подходов к современным цифровым моделям. Особое вниманиеуделено роли информационных технологий в перестройке организационных структур, оптимизации процессов исоздании инновационных продуктов и сервисов. Рассмотрены национальные стратегические ориентиры, включаяпрограмму «Цифровой Узбекистан — 2030» и стратегию реформирования банковской системы до 2026 года,формирующие основу для внедрения реинжиниринга в Узбекистане. Сделан вывод о перспективах развитиябанковского сектора на основе комплексной цифровой трансформации и радикального пересмотра внутреннихпроцессов.
