Abstract

Yoshlar bandligidagi ko‘nikmalar nomutanosibligi — yoshlarning mehnat bozorida mavjud ko‘nikmalari va ishberuvchilar talab etayotgan ko‘nikmalar o‘rtasidagi farq bo‘lib, global iqtisodiyotning dolzarb muammolaridan biridir. Ushbunomutanosiblik texnologik o‘zgarishlar, ta’limning orqada qolishi va demografik omillar bilan bog‘liq. WEF ma’lumotlarigako‘ra, 2025-yilga borib yoshlarning 57 foizi ko‘nikmalar nomutanosibligiga duch kelishi mumkin, bu global iqtisodiyotga11,5 trillion dollar zarar yetkazadi. Pandemiya nomutanosiblikni tezlashtirdi, raqamli ko‘nikmalar talabini oshirdi.Malayziyada bitiruvchilar orasida nomutanosiblik ishsizlikni 4,1 foizga oshirgan. Ijtimoiy ta’siri katta: ayollar va qishloqyoshlari ko‘proq ta’sirlanadi. Buyuk Britaniyada turizm sohasida nomutanosiblik 63 foizni tashkil etadi. ILO ma’lumotlarigako‘ra, nomutanosiblik yoshlar ishsizligiga 13 foiz hissa qo‘shadi. Muammo ta’lim va siyosiy choralar etishmasligi bilanbog‘liq. WEF, ILO va UNICEF tadqiqotlarida dolzarbligi tasdiqlanadi. Iqtisodiy modellari — Human Capital Theory vaboshqalar. O‘lchash usullari — tematik tahlil va regressiya. Ushbu kirishda sabablari, ta’siri va yechimlari yoritiladi
