Abstract

Maqolada O‘zbekiston konchilik sanoati korxonalarida investitsion jarayonlarni boshqarish hamda innovatsionxavflarni kamaytirish strategiyalari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotning maqsadi konchilik sohasida investitsion faoliyatning o‘zigaxos jihatlarini ochib berish, innovatsion rivojlanishni cheklovchi xavf omillarini aniqlash va ularni samarali boshqarishbo‘yicha strategik yondashuvlarni ishlab chiqishdan iborat. Metodologik jihatdan tadqiqot tizimli tahlil, qiyosiy taqqoslashva statistik yondashuvlarga asoslangan bo‘lib, xalqaro tajriba bilan milliy sharoit integratsiyasi hisobga olingan. Olingannatijalarga ko‘ra, O‘zbekiston konchilik korxonalarida kapital yetishmovchiligi, texnologik eskirish va tashqi bozor xavflariinvestitsion loyihalar samaradorligiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatmoqda. Shu bilan birga, resurs tejamkor texnologiyalarniqo‘llash, raqamlashtirish vositalarini joriy etish va davlat ishtirokidagi risklarni taqsimlash mexanizmlari innovatsionxavflarni sezilarli darajada kamaytirishi aniqlangan. Tadqiqotning amaliy ahamiyati investitsion oqimlarni optimallashtirish,innovatsion faoliyatni samarali boshqarish hamda konchilik sanoatini “yashil” transformatsiya yo‘liga olib chiqish bo‘yichatakliflarda namoyon bo‘ladi.
