Abstract

Исследуется проблема слабой координации между национальными и региональными стратегиямиразвития в Узбекистане. Актуальность обусловлена наличием 138 несогласованных стратегических документови разрывом в развитии регионов. Применены методы сравнительного, институционального и контент-анализа.Изучен опыт Германии, Франции, Южной Кореи, России. Научный вклад: разработана типология проблемкоординации и комплекс из семи групп рекомендаций. Практическая значимость: предложения по созданиюСовета стратегического развития, принятию закона, внедрению единой методологии обеспечат достижение целей«Узбекистан-2030»
