Abstract

Современное развитие национальных экономик невозможно без надёжной и эффективнойэнергетической базы, способной обеспечивать внутренние потребности и поддерживать технологическоеобновление. В условиях усиливающихся климатических вызовов, роста ресурсных ограничений и глобальногоперехода к низкоуглеродной модели, значение топливно-энергетического комплекса выходит за рамкитрадиционного сектора и становится фактором долгосрочной экономической стабильности. В данной статьерассматриваются институциональные и технологические аспекты трансформации энергосистем, анализируютсяих влияние на производственную структуру, инвестиционную активность и социальную сферу. Особое вниманиеуделяется модернизации инфраструктуры, диверсификации источников энергии и инновационным решениям,направленным на повышение энергоэффективности. Делается вывод о том, что интеграция устойчивыхэнергетических решений в стратегическое планирование является важнейшим условием качественногообновления национальных экономик в XXI веке.
