Abstract

Bugungi kunda jahon iqtisodiyotida raqamlashtirish jarayoni moliya sanoatiga katta taʼsir koʻrsatmoqda,uning asosiy xususiyatlaridan biri esa innovatsiyalarni faol joriy etish hisoblanadi. Moliyaviy innovatsiyalar global raqobatva globallashuv sharoitida moliya tizimi rivojlanishining sifatini oshirish vositasi sifatida qaraladi. Ushbu maqolada“moliyaviy innovatsiyalar” atamasining konsepsiyasi va rivojlanishiga nazariy yondashuvlar koʻrib chiqilib, tizimlashtiriladi,shuningdek, moliyaviy innovatsiyalar konsepsiyasi hamda ularning moliya tizimi va umuman iqtisodiyot rivojlanishigataʼsiri baholanadi. Ishda moliyaviy innovatsiyalarning taʼriflari va tasnifi keltiriladi, shu bilan birga, ularning xususiyatlarigaoid munozarali masalalar ham koʻrib chiqiladi.
