Abstract

This thesis explores the impact of new financial products on the financial security of insurance companies. It delvesinto the complexities of these instruments, examining their potential advantages and associated risks for insurers. Theresearch focuses on emerging financial innovations, such as fintech solutions and digital insurance platforms, assessinghow these affect insurers’ risk profiles, liquidity, profitability, and overall financial stability. The study also analyzes howregulatory frameworks are evolving in response to these innovations and proposes strategic measures for insurancecompanies to maintain financial resilience while adapting to this shifting landscape. Furthermore, the thesis highlightsthe cybersecurity challenges posed by digitalization, especially in the context of rapidly developing insurance services inUzbekistan. For example, whereas insurance contracts were traditionally signed in person, modern technologies haveenabled clients to register and manage policies remotely via online platforms.
