“Oʻzbekistonning “Yashil Iqtisodiyot”Ga Oʻtish Strategiyasi: Mavjud Muammo Va Istiqbolli Imkoniyatlar”

Abstract

Oxirgi yillarda Yangi O‘zbekiston iqtisodiyoti barqaror rivojlanib kelmoqda. Boshqa rivojlanayotgan davlatlarsingari ushbu o‘sish resurslardan intensiv foydalanish va sanoat birinchi planga chiqishi tufayli amalga oshirilmoqda.Lekin, bunday intensiv ishlab chiqarish darajasi o‘z navbatida atrof-muhitga o‘zining salbiy ta’sirini ko‘rsatmoqda.Zero, ekologiyaning yuqori ifloslanish darajasi iqtisodiyotga katta zarar keltiradi: sogʻliqni saqlash xarajatlari ortadi, ishsamaradorligi pasayadi va erta oʻlim holatlari koʻpayadi. Shu sababli, ekologiyaga bo‘lgan salbiy ta’sirni minimallashtirish,bor resurslardan samarali foydalanish va shu bilan birga real iqtisodiy o‘sishni ta’minlash uchun O‘zbekiston yashiliqtisodiyotga o‘tishi kerak hisoblanadi. Bundan tashqari, mamlakatimiz iqtisodiyotida kapital hamda ishchi kuchiningsalmog‘ini aniqlash, ishchi kuchi samaradorligiga ekologik holatning ta’sirini aniqlash va ushbu ko‘rsatkichlarni prognozlaybilish mamlakatning yashil iqtisodiyotga o‘tishi uchun asos hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada barqaror rivojlanishning nazariyasoslari, xorij tajribasi, O‘zbekistonning yashil iqtisodiyotga o‘tish yo‘lidagi to‘siq va imkoniyatlari yoritilgan. Maqoladashuningdek makroiqtisodiy darajada joriy va mikroiqtisodiy darajada kelajakdagi tahlillar olib borilgan, shu asosidaekonometrik modellar tuzilgan va ularning parametrlari keltirilgan.
